The job
Mould had spread across the ceilings of three bedrooms, the lounge, the kitchen and dining area, and the bathroom and toilet. This is common in Auckland rentals after winter, when moisture builds up and rooms are not aired.
The property manager needed the ceilings treated, and a clear record of what was cleaned and what still needed repair.
