Cleaning that stands up to an inspection
Cleaning is where Sweepo started, and it is still most of what we do. Property managers use us for end-of-tenancy cleans because the result is consistent and every job comes with a photo report they can rely on at the final inspection.
We work through a set checklist for each room. Pre-existing damage is recorded separately from the cleaning result, so owners, tenants and managers can all see what was done.
Need more than a clean? Carpets, rubbish, small repairs and garden tidy-ups can be added to the same visit, so the property is ready in one go.

How much does a move-out clean cost?
Move-out cleans start from $159 incl. GST for a studio. Larger homes are priced by size and condition. Send a few photos for a fixed price.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. We bring all cleaning products and commercial equipment, including carpet extraction machines.
Will you give us a report for the bond inspection?
Yes. Every clean comes with a dated before and after photo report you can share with the property manager or landlord.
Can you clean carpets on the same day?
Usually yes. Carpets, rubbish removal and small repairs can be added to the same booking.
What if something is missed?
Tell us within 48 hours and we will come back and fix it free.
