Every clean ends with a dated photo report. Pre-existing damage is recorded separately from the cleaning result, so tenants, owners and managers all see the same thing.

What an end of tenancy clean includes

Oven, range hood, benches, splashback and cupboards inside and out.
Bathrooms
Shower glass and tracks, toilet, vanity, mirrors and mould on bathroom ceilings.
Windows and tracks
Interior glass, sills and window tracks.
Floors and skirting
Floors vacuumed and mopped, skirting boards wiped down.
Carpet cleaning
Hot water extraction, usually done on the same day.
Rubbish and small fixes
Items left behind removed, small repairs handled by our maintenance team.
The photo report your property manager wants
When the clean is finished you get a dated report with before and after photos for each area, ready to forward to your property manager or landlord.
It shows exactly what was cleaned, and records any pre-existing damage separately, so there is less room for argument at the bond inspection.

How much does an end of tenancy clean cost?
Move-out cleans start from $159 incl. GST for a studio. Larger homes are priced by size and condition. Send a few photos for a fixed price.
Will I get a report for the bond inspection?
Yes. Every clean comes with a dated before and after photo report you can share with the property manager or landlord.
Can you clean the carpets on the same day?
Usually yes. Carpets, rubbish removal and small repairs can be added to the same booking.
Do I need to be there?
No. Many move-out cleans are done with lockbox or key access, and you receive the report when we finish.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. We bring all cleaning products and commercial equipment, including carpet extraction machines.
