From late-night shifts to a one-stop team
Sweepo didn't start with a business plan. It started in 2011 with a vacuum, a mop and night shifts that often ran until one or two in the morning.
Those years cleaning commercial buildings while studying taught us what clients actually notice: consistent results, people who turn up, and someone who answers the phone. After graduating, our founder moved into construction and building maintenance, while still running a small cleaning team on the side.
Along the way one question kept coming up. In most cleaning and maintenance companies, layers of management are one of the biggest costs, and much of it adds nothing for the client. What if we kept management lean and passed the savings on?
That is the idea Sweepo was built on. A simple, modern way of running jobs keeps our costs down, so clients get fair prices without giving up quality, and our team works out the right maintenance plan for each property.
