Soft wash and exterior cleaning in Auckland

Low-pressure washing and hand cleaning for weatherboards, windows, roofs, decks and paths, without damaging paint or surfaces.

Clean outside, without the damage

Auckland weather leaves mould, lichen and grime on weatherboards, roofs and paths. Soft washing uses low pressure and the right cleaning solution, so surfaces come clean without stripping paint or forcing water behind cladding.

We handle two-storey homes, townhouses and small commercial buildings, working to our Health & Safety programme for work at height.

Exterior cleaning is often booked before a sale, before painting, or as part of a regular maintenance plan for rentals.

Common questions

What is the difference between soft washing and water blasting?

Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution, so it is gentler on paint, weatherboards and roofs. Water blasting uses high pressure and suits hard surfaces like concrete.

Is it safe for my plants and pets?

We pre-wet and rinse surrounding plants and ask that pets are kept inside while we work.

How often should a house be washed?

Most Auckland homes benefit from a wash every 12 to 24 months, depending on shade and exposure.

Do you clean two-storey houses?

Yes, using extension equipment and ladders under our work-at-height procedures.
