Yes. Alongside rental portfolios we look after common areas, grounds and small commercial sites.
Can you work with lockbox or key access?
Yes. Most jobs for property managers are completed without the manager on site, with photos sent afterwards.
Can we set up regular work?
Yes. Recurring cleaning, garden and maintenance plans can be set up per property.
Which documents can you provide for onboarding?
